With over 20 years of experience in a variety of higher education settings, Kelly brings her people skills and leadership strategies to Bond Street as the Chief People Officer. Kelly has served as a sport facility manager, an intercollegiate athletic administrator, an advisor, and a college professor. Throughout her career she has administered human resource functions for the departments and teams of which she was part of serving as an integral part of the people operations within each of her roles in higher education. Kelly is an energetic, people-oriented leader focusing on bringing out the best in each team member. Kelly is a lifelong learner. She holds a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in Sport Management from Clemson University and a Doctor of Education degree in leadership from Charleston Southern University.
