Luke has worked in commercial real estate investment since 2019 and has been a key player in over $60m in stabilized acquisitions and over $67m in CMBS debt and construction financing. Luke’s career has focused on convenience retail and most recently, industrial cold storage development.
After graduating from the College of Charleston with a BS in Finance, Luke first joined Bond Street as the Acquisitions Analyst. After helping close five transactions for the company, Luke made the transition to the real estate development sector, where he continued to entrench himself in new facets of real estate at Flexspace in Charleston, SC. Luke played a pivotal role in implementing and improving operations, expanding markets and securing new deals. Fast forward to March of 2024, Luke returned to Bond Street in a leadership role. With a strong understanding of the portfolio and unique perspective on the industry, Luke is poised to grow the company while efficiently managing the existing portfolio. Luke’s background in financial modeling and asset management aids in driving Bond Street to new heights.
