Vincent E. Moseley is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Bond Street. He joined the company in May 2022 and oversees all the financial operations of the business. Along with his Bond Street responsibilities, Vincent also serves as the Chief Investment Officer for a real estate investment trust located in San Francisco. In this role, Vincent is responsible for the negotiation and oversight of real estate and real-estate secured debt transactions. Vincent started his career working in public accounting firms Coopers & Lybrand (now Price Waterhouse Coopers) and BDO Seidman. Prior to working in real estate, Vincent served as the Vice-President of Finance and CFO for several healthcare, technology and biotechnology firms. Vincent also served on the board of directors for several biomedical research and philanthropic non-profits. Vincent is a certified public accountant with over 25 years of management experience and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
